Due to current weather reports and an ice storm warning issued by the National Weather Service, RSD has made the decision to close all schools tomorrow, January 22, 2024, in order to ensure the safety of all students and families.

Picture retakes are Tuesday, Nov. 7th. Pictures will be taken in the morning.
It's fall back time! Don't forget to set your clocks back one hour on Saturday night!
Our Flu Shot Clinic is Wed., Oct. 25th. Please turn in your flu shot forms to Nurse Sarah if you wish for your child to participate.
Please be reminded that Sequoyah will have a normal school day on Thursday, Oct. 19th. There is no school on Friday, Oct. 20th. We are dismissed for Fall Break.
We can't wait to see you tonight at Cyclone Stadium for Sequoyah's big night! Please meet at the staging area no later than 6:45 pm.
Our Scholastic Book Fair will be open tonight during parent conferences! We will some newly stocked items to choose from! Come in and see us!
The book fair has been a smashing success so far! We will be open until Friday at noon. The book fair will also be open during parent conferences on Tuesday and Thursday night. We have added some new stock! Come in to the library and see us!
Sequoyah is excited about our upcoming week of Grandparents/Grand-friends lunches! We will be operating on an altered lunch schedule this week. Due the increased number of guests expected for lunch each day this week, we are asking that parents not come eat with their children this week unless it is their child's scheduled "Grandparent's Day". We can't wait to meet all of our special guests!
T-shirt order forms are due tomorrow! All students are required to have one for field trips. If you need financial assistance please select the box on the order form.
Say cheese! Just a reminder that fall picture day is tomorrow.
Parents-please send a refillable water bottle, or a bottle of water, to school with your student each day. We want all of our students to stay well hydrated during this season of hot weather.
