School's out for the holidays! Sequoyah wishes all our families a wonderful holiday season. We hope you find time to relax, recharge, spend time with family, and enjoy all this season has to offer! Classes will resume on Monday, Jan. 6, 2025.
We hope all of our Sequoyah families have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. Classes resume Mon., Dec. 2nd.
Reminder: Tues., Nov. 19th is Sequoyah Night at CJ's Burgers from 4:00-8:00 p.m. A portion of sales during this event will go to our school's PTO.
There will be no classes Nov. 25th-Nov. 29th due to Thanksgiving Break. Classes will resume on Mon., Dec. 2nd. We wish all of our Sequoyah families a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Our lost and found is overflowing. Cooler weather will be here before we know. If your child is missing an item of clothing, please ask them to check our lost and found.
Our Grandparent's Day Lunch has been changed to a breakfast. Breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m. Please see our Facebook page for grade level dates and schedules.
Don't forget: It's Sequoyah night at the Cyclone game tonight! Wear your Sequoyah t-shirts and arrive no later than 6:40 p.m. Parents must stay with your student. Let's cheer on our Cyclone football team together!
Our flu clinic is Wed., Oct. 23rd. In order for your child to receive the flu vaccine, your child must turn in a signed flu vaccine form. Please contact our office if you are in need of a vaccine form. All flu vaccines will be given in the morning.
Tomorrow is Sequoyah night at La Huerta from 4:00-8:00 p.m.. We hope to see you there in support of our school. What a yummy fundraising opportunity!
Sequoyah night at the Cyclone football game is Friday, Oct. 25th. We hope to see all of our Cyclone fans there!
There will be no school for students this week on Thursday and Friday. We hope everyone enjoys their fall break!
We hope all of our families enjoy our upcoming Labor Day weekend. There will be no school on Mon., Sept 2nd. Classes will resume on Tues., Sept. 3rd.
To ensure student safety, all vehicles must have a school car tag on display. Also, please be reminded that cell phone usage is prohibited in school zones.
Mark your calendars! Sequoyah's Meet the Teacher and Ice Cream Social event will be held Thursday, August 15th from 4:30-6:00. We can't wait to meet all of our Sequoyah students and their families!
We invite all of our students and families to Sequoyah this evening from 5:30-6:30 pm to meet our new principals and enjoy a yummy popsicle! This is drive through event. Due to construction at our front entrance, please use the car rider entrance in the back of our school.
Center Valley Elementary and Sequoyah Elementary families are invited to Popsicles with your new Principal!
