It's official! Summer vacation has begun! We hope you enjoy every minute of your summer break!
End of the Year Awards are Wed., May 24th. Kindergarten and 1st grade are at 8:30 am followed by 2nd and 3rd grade at 9:45 am. 4th grade awards are at 1:00 pm.
Field Day is tomorrow! If you are a volunteer, we ask that you report to your station 5-10 minutes before your assigned time. It is going to be a great day! Please take note of our field day reminders!
Third grade students have been working on a research project about an important individual. Students have created a presentation and will be presenting their projects tomorrow in the cafeteria. You will see famous musicians, athletes, scientists, presidents, and more! You may even meet someone you have never heard of! We would like to invite you to visit our third grade students in the Sequoyah cafeteria and hear their research from 1:30-2:15. This is a come and go event.
Kindergarten registration is Monday! Please note the additional information needed for registration. A birth certificate will also be required for registration. We look forward to meeting all of our new K kiddos!

Don't forget our All for Books Coin Challenge begins tomorrow morning! There is a little glitch with the All for Books video. We will not be able to link that video. Remember that all funds collected this week will benefit students and teachers in our building with Scholastic matching funds and providing books to students in another community! This a great way. to spread some additional kindness during Kindness Week! Our book fair is scheduled to begin Feb. 16th!
